People I’ll no longer trust… People who say metal isn’t real music.

They’re all like, that’s not music, it’s just noise and screaming. You can’t understand a word they say.

You don’t have to like it, but just because you don’t like it, doesn’t invalidate it as music.

If you say this I will not trust you, and you and climb to the peak of fuck off mountain, and take a flying leap.

All music is life.

All music is art.

All music is valid.

I don’t have to like it, to appreciate it as music.

I don’t like country, but I’m not going to yuk your yum and say it’s not real music.

So sit down, keep your opinion to yourself, and listen to what makes you happy.

And just so you know, if I didn’t listen to metal with its themes of violence and screaming I’d be screaming of violence at people like you.

So, yeah, if you say metal it just screaming and it’s not real music, I won’t trust you.
